After returning from Pacifica, the Zion's crew was granted a month long shoreleave so that the ship could be repaired. The Zion's shoreleave ended when it was discovered that Klingon leader Gowron was planning a secret meeting with the Breen. The Zion was dispatched to follow Captain Worf, who upon hearning of Gowrons plans set off to confront him. The Zion did catch up with Worf, however, not in time to stop him from challenging and defeating Gworon in battle. The Zion is now returning to QulTuq to pick up additional crew members and get orders for her next mission.
